Bez stila stil / The No Style style

Sharing is caring!

Stalno govorim kako u modi treba pomerati granice.

Nekad i odjednom.

I keep saying that fashion is all about shifting boundaries. But, how far are we willing to go?

While I was scrolling through Pinterest the other day, I stumbled upon a Vogue article about Bella Hadid and her new “jaw-dropping” outfit, straight off the runway. And the irony made me laugh – as we’re here, trying to learn all the dos and don’ts in fashion, Bella stepped out in an outfit that’s the complete opposite of everything we know, and the whole world is on its knees! Yes, she managed to pull off an oversized blazer, sheer dress, hoop earrings, pink glasses, white socks, black tights and running shoes combo. And let’s not forget about the fanny pack (ha!).

But it doesn’t stop with Bella. Judging by the latest street style looks at men’s Fashion Week, this is definitely a rising trend. The 80s, the 90s and the early 2000s fashion mixed on the streets of London, Paris, and Milan: everyone is laid-back, chill, and wearing… well… everything. And I couldn’t help but wonder – is having no style a style right now? What? “Well, you won’t know unless you try,” says the little fashion blogger voice in my head. After digging out a few old clothes from a different era, I think I have managed to successfully copy Bella’s look, with a “tiny” price difference (maybe several thousands of dollars).

Would I wear this? Hm. For now, I’ll leave this outfit in Bella’s closet. But you must admit that I would be a great candidate for starring in a 90s music video 😀 What do you think? Would you dare to leave your house wearing this? Let me know in the comments below 🙂
